
Utande provides all customers with on-site and telephone based support during
our normal working hours of 08:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 16:30hrs Monday to
Friday excluding public holidays. This is charged for at our prevailing rates.
If your Internet services are provided as part of a total Service Level
Agreement with Utande you should refer to the support clauses and schedules
of your agreement for the specific support services and times available to you.
You may be entitled to support at other times or in other ways than those
mentioned above.
In all cases, support may be obtained only by contacting our help desk by
e-mail or telephone 791675.
While the fuel shortage prevails on-site support will be
limited only to those support issues that we have unsuccessfully attempted to
resolve over the phone.
Support services outside of our normal working hours can usually be arranged
provided that adequate advance notice and arrangement is made.
